Life happens: Need to reschedule or cancel? Please let us know at least 3 days in advance so we can adjust for other clients.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows: If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify your service. No-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
